Prenatal Yoga Classes in Denver & Littleton, Colorado

Enhance your pregnancy & birth through yoga

Yoga is a wonderful way to feel good through your pregnancy, connect with your baby and gain skills for an enjoyable birth.

What are your prenatal classes like?
Liza's prenatal hatha yoga classes have the perfect balance of restorative and challenging postures. All classes begin with a few minutes of meditation and end with 10 minutes of sivasana (relaxation). We enjoy a variety of poses safe for pregnancy, with something different each week. In some classes we practice specific Pranayama (breath) exercises, although attention to the breath is central to all classes. >>prenatal yoga class schedule
Can I come to your prenatal yoga class if I've never done yoga before?
As with any 'exercise' in pregnancy, is best to check with your health care provider to see if it's safe for you. That being said, my classes are gentle and I pay extra attention to new students.
